All Extracts and Tinctures are in a base of alcohol to extract the properties into a liquid and acts as a preservative. Extracts contain 48%-52% Alcohol. Tinctures contain 60%-80% alcohol. General Directions for using Extracts & Tinctures as a tea. Suggested Use: Add 15-18 drops in warm water, one to four times per day. Or ¼ to ½ dropperful may be placed under the tongue. Hold for miniumum of 10 to 15 seconds. Swish around the mouth and swallow. May be followed with 1-2 oz. of water to cleanse the mouth. if desired. For internal use only.
